Ms. Cruz is responsible for leading practice operations, pushing revenue and process improvements, and helping expand the DSO’s network.
Ms. Cruz started her career as a dental assistant before moving into operational roles. She most recently worked in regional operations with Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental.
Vista Verde Dental Partners is based in Carmel, Ind., and led by President and CEO Dustin Netral.
