Mr. Kooman has more than 25 years of experience in financial leadership roles, according to a July 7 news release. He was previously the vice president of finance for Pacific Dental Services and the vice president of corporate financial planning and analysis for customer service company Alorica.
He received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame (Ind.).
