1. Miami-based Guardian Dentistry Partners appointed Dr. Tarek Aly as COO.
2. Dallas-based Smile Doctors promoted David Nolan to the role of COO.
3. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Dental365 promoted Jonathan Liebling to the role of COO.
4. Tampa, Fla.-based Coast Dental promoted James Eddy to be its COO.
5. Christy Englehart was appointed COO at Lexington, Ky.-based DSO PepperPointe Partnerships.
6. Delta Dental of New Jersey recently appointed Karim Bennis its COO and senior vice president.
7. Fort Worth, Texas-based Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics named Suzanne Beauvoir Jackson as COO.
