Delta Dental Colorado rolled out a financial wellness program in May to improve financial well-being for employees, according to Employee Benefit Adviser.

1. Since rolling out Best Money Moves, 65 percent of Delta Dental employees have used the tool.
2. Employees can use Best Money Moves through a mobile device. When logging in, users first detail their primary financial stressors, such as a dearth of capital for retirement. Then, the program will provide users a series of links to offer tips and best next steps to reduce stress.
3. Delta Dental offers employees a 401(k) plan that features a 4 percent match on the first 5 percent contributed including an additional 4 percent employer contribution following the employee's first year at the company.
