Dental industry jobs are among the roles most likely to include a signing bonus, according to a Feb. 26 report from Indeed’s Hiring Lab.
The Hiring Lab reported that signing bonus offers remain above pre-pandemic levels despite declines in recent years, especially in healthcare. About 3% of U.S. job postings offered a signing bonus in December 2025, down from about 6% in 2022 but up from 1.8% in 2019.
The report concluded that signing bonuses have become more resilient than wage growth, suggesting that employers are opting for one-time bonuses over raises as a recruitment strategy.
