6. Medical technology company Vivos Therapeutics entered a distribution agreement with United Kingdom-based GM Instruments to offer its NR6 Rhinomanometer.
7. Biolase entered a securities purchase agreement valued at $6.5 million.
8. Dental electronic data interchange company DentalXChange acquired dental software company ExtraDent.
9. A COVID-19 lockdown in China is causing a shortage of lidocaine and could lead to delayed dental procedures in the U.S.
10. ZimVie added a dental implant and treatment system to its portfolio of products in the U.S.
