Know the 4 signs that lead to headaches, migraines

A patients' dental health may be what's causing them to experience headaches or migraines and many people oftentimes ignore the warning signs and confuse their headache or migraine with that of a normal one, according to Business Wire.

Here are the four signs:

1. A bad bite, making the jaw muscles work harder and in constant constraint to bring teeth together, swallow and keep the mouth shut.

2. Clenching of teeth, which is often due to stress or misaligned teeth.

3. Bruxism, otherwise known as grinding the teeth. This can also cause flattened and sensitive teeth, fractured fillings, cracked dental crowns and chipped or broken teeth.

4. Tooth decay or gum disease, which refers pain to the head.
