Jason Hersh, DMD, is a dentist affiliated with Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental. His complaint, filed with the Palm Beach County Circuit Court, states the reviews are inaccurate and are aimed at affecting his relationship with the DSO.
It is unclear what Dr. Hersh’s relationship with the man is or what the reviews say, the news site reported.
Florida’s license verification site shows that Dr. Hersh has no complaints or disciplinary actions against his license.
“We are aware of the matter. Given that this is pending litigation and Sage Dental is not a named party to the lawsuit, we believe it is not appropriate to comment at this time,” a spokesperson for Sage Dental told Becker’s.
