1. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Dental365 acquired Ephrata, Pa.-based DSO Dynamic Growth Dental.

2. REV One Dental, a new doctor-owned DSO, launched with its first set of acquisitions in April. 

3. Dallas-based MB2 Dental entered its 41st state by partnering with an endodontics-focused practice in Vermont.

4. Irvine, Calif.-based Pacific Dental Services added three specialty dental groups to its network.

5. Denver-based Espire Dental made its first acquisition in Texas, marking the fifth state in which the company supports practices.

6. Avenel, N.J.-based DSO Eastern Dental teamed up with New York City-based BlueSleep, a specialty care platform, to advance medical-dental integration.

7. Sacramento, Calif.-based Straine Dental Management entered Florida, its 12th state, with the affiliation of a pediatric dental practice.

8. Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental acquired its first office dedicated to pediatric dental care and orthodontics. 

9. Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management added partner practices in five states, including its first in Maryland.

10. Denver-based Lone Peak Dental Group expanded into Tennessee with the addition of a four-office practice.

11. Miami-based United Dental Corporation marked its entry into Tennessee with the addition of a practice in Nashville.

12. Greenwood Village, Colo.-based ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers reached the 100-practice milestone.

13. Salt Lake City-based SPP Dental Partners added its first Idaho dental office.
