2. A retail center in Rutland, Vt., that includes an Aspen Dental practice was sold for $3.51 million.
3. A Heartland Dental practice location in Johnstown, Colo., was sold for $3.2 million.
4. A North Carolina office tower leased to dental technology company Dentsply Sirona was sold for $71.5 million.
