Oral surgery-focused DSOs and MSOs are seeing much success this year thanks to continued interest from surgeons and new funding from investors.
Here are more than 10 updates to know from 2025:
- Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management added its first partnerships in Utah and Wisconsin. It has also added partners in California, Virginia, South Carolina and Pennsylvania.
- Southlake, Texas-based Allied OMS landed a minority investment in June led by 65 Equity Partners to expand its service offerings, complete acquisitions and scale operations. Since then, the group has acquired four oral surgery practices in Indiana and Texas. It also added three practices in California and one in Texas.
- Cumming, Ga.-based OMS360 secured additional financing earlier this year to support its expansion efforts. The organization has since expanded its network into Central Florida and Pennsylvania.
- Hackensack, N.J.-based MAX Surgical Specialty Management secured a $77 million credit facility to continue building upon its support foundation.
- Dallas-based Beacon Oral Specialists added Capital Oral & Facial Surgery in Washington, D.C., to its network.
