Here are more than 25 dental industry “firsts” Becker’s has reported on so far this year:
1. Cleveland-based Northeast Ohio Medical University celebrated the opening of its Bitonte College of Dentistry by welcoming its inaugural class of 52 students.
2. Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Imagen Dental Partners added its first practices in Kentucky and Washington.
3. Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management added its first practices in Utah, Wisconsin and Nebraska.
4. Louisiana lawmakers passed a bill making Louisiana the first state to join the American Association of Dental Boards’ Interstate Dental & Dental Hygiene Licensure Compact.
5. Chicago-based Phase 1 Equity added its first practices in California, Tennessee, Louisiana and Pennsylvania.
