Waltham, Mass.-based 42 North Dental purchased Northborough (Mass.) Dental Associates, bringing the dental service organization’s acquisition total to 21 since being backed by a private equity firm.
Northborough Dental Associates is a single practice that is operated by three dentists.
With the partnership, 42 North Dental supports 62 dental practices and 18 practice brands through the New England area.
Details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
