- Park Dental, which has more than 50 offices in Minnesota and Wisconsin, reached a settlement in a class-action lawsuit stemming from its 2024 data breach.
- Wichita (Kan.) Family Dental provided notice of a data breach impacting 1,273 individuals.
- Artistic Smiles, a dental practice in Longmont, Colo., provided notice of a data breach.
- Shen Smiles, a dental practice in Tamaqua, Pa., agreed to pay $140,000 in a settlement with HHS to resolve potential HIPAA violations.
- Sartell, Minn.-based Persona Dental experienced a data breach affecting 3,386 patients.
