1. Mosaic Dental Collective partnered with Audax Private Equity.

2. Bluetree Dental received a $32 million investment from private equity firm Clairvest Group.

3. Dentive received an investment from private equity firm HGGC.

4. Dental Care Alliance was acquired by Mubadala Investment Co., a sovereign investor based in the United Arab Emirates, in partnership with private equity firm Harvest Partners.

5. Planet DDS acquired Cloud 9 Software from private equity firm Accel-KKR.

6. Medit was acquired by South Korean private equity firm MBK Partners in a $1.9 billion deal.
