New Jersey’s largest dental condominium was recently sold for $5 million, Jersey Digs reported Jan. 22.  The 9,914-square-foot dental condominium is leased to Paradigm Oral Health and located in Paramus, N.J. Matthews Real Estate Investment Services facilitated the transaction.
