4 dental industry deals totaling $937M

Here are four dentistry deals totaling more than $937 million that have taken place since May 27:

1. Japanese chemical manufacturer Mitsui Chemicals plans to acquire South Jordan, Utah-based Ultradent for $900 million.

2. A newly constructed retail property in Bradenton, Fla., that includes an Aspen Dental practice was sold for $10.98 million. 

3. Denver-based Lone Peak Dental Group received a $15 million mezzanine debt investment from o15 Capital Partners, an alternative investment firm.

4. A retail property in Jacksonville, Fla., that includes a Heartland Dental practice was sold for $11.1 million.
