1. Dallas Nibert, DDS, and Nika Hettlinger, DDS, opened a consolidated, shared dental practice in Barboursville, W.Va.
2. Overland Park, Kan.-based Aria Care Partners acquired Macon, Ga.-based Sanford Dental, Sanford Vision and Dynamic Mobile Dentistry.
3. Standard Dental Labs, a Florida-based dental laboratory consolidator, acquired BRLIT Dental Laboratory in Sarasota, Fla.
4. A newly constructed dental office building in Ocala, Fla., was sold for more than $3 million.
