1. Four Corners Property Trust acquired three newly built properties, one of which is an Aspen Dental, for $5.2 million.
2. Private buyers acquired a dual-tenet property that is leased to Aspen Dental and Sleep Number for just over $4 million.
3. Samantha Jette, DDS, acquired a dental practice in West Virginia after the former owner's death.
4. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Dental365 acquired Bowden Dental in Flemington, N.J., and Theroux Dental Associates in Grafton, Mass.
5. Four Corners Property Trust acquired an Aspen Dental and WellNow Urgent Care dual-tenet property for $3.3 million.
6. Dental supplier Henry Schein acquired a majority ownership interest in Large Practice Sales, an advisory company to dental practices.
