US Oral Surgery Management's growth in 2022: 11 moves

Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management has made several accomplishments so far this year as it expands its partner network as a management services organization.

Eleven moves:

1. Vincent Perciaccante, DDS, replaced Maxwell Finn, DDS, MD, on the organization's board of directors.

2. USOSM partnered with Central Mass Oral Surgery, its first partner practice in Massachusetts.

3. Parkside Oral Surgery & Implant Center in Alameda, Calif., joined USOSM's network, its second partner practice in the state.

4. USOSM's President and CEO Richard Hall was given the U.S. Department of Defense's Patriot Award, an award that recognizes employers and supervisors for their support of employees who serve in the National Guard or Reserve. 

5. Southwest Virginia Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Roanoke, Va., joined USOSM's network, the group's second dental practice in the state.

6. Michiana Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in South Bend, Ind., joined USOSM's network, marking the organization's third practice in the state.

7. USOSM selected Sowingo as its clinical procurement and inventory management platform.

8. Nathan Kim was appointed vice president of business development. 

9. The group's 53 partner practices reached a new milestone by consistently achieving a net promoter score of 80 or above.

10. The organization announced it will match every donation made to the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Foundation's annual fund by June 30, up to $35,000. 

11. USOSM partnered with George Maranon, DDS, MD, of Encino, Calif., its fourth affiliation in the state.
