4 Heartland Dental expansion moves totaling $3.8M

Heartland Dental is spending more than $3.8 million on practice openings and expansion projects.

Four moves to know: 

  • Heartland Dental is building a $1.5 million practice in Katy, Texas. Construction on the 4,200-square-foot location is expected to start Aug. 1 and be completed by Feb. 1, 2024.  
  • The company is building out space to relocate one of its affiliate offices, Downtown Dental Associates, in Jacksonville, Fla. The practice will take up 3,856 square feet in the building under a 10-year lease as part of the $750,000 project. The practice is expected to begin operations in the new office by the end of the third quarter of this year.
  • The DSO is also opening two new locations in Jacksonville, Fla. The first location will entail converting an old bank with 4,123 square feet for $627,480. The company will also construct a 4,260-square-foot building for $950,000.
