California Dental Association creates DSO: 4 things to know

The California Dental Association created The Dentists Service Company to give members access to expert insights and buying power in practice management.

Here are four things to know:

1. TDSC is a new subsidiary focused solely on the business side of dentistry, with specialists experienced in practice management advising and group purchasing.

2. The dental service organization will provide members resources, training and specialized expertise many practices can’t access on their own. TDSC will also support human resource compliance, financial and patient bases.

3. In addition to the dental service organization, the CDA created the TDSC Marketplace to provide dental supply savings to members.

4. Through the TDSC Marketplace, members can save on 25,000-plus dental supplies for their practices.
