How Dental Care Alliance grew in 2022

Dental Care Alliance, one of the largest DSOs in the U.S., made several moves this year to expand its footprint and grow its team.

The DSO has more than 390 allied practices in 22 states.

Here are five notes on the company’s performance this year:

1. Dental Care Alliance added practices in Michigan, Florida, Virginia, Texas and New York.

2. Dental Care Alliance added its first Tennessee dental practice to its network. 

3. DCA reorganized its structure with the addition of a second support division for specialty dental practices. 

4. The DSO hired Christine Heald as chief development officer and David Pegg as chief growth officer.

5. Molly Benz, brand director for Dental Care Alliance, told Becker’s in October that the DSO focused on recruiting team members to keep up with demand and adding technology to enhance patient care.
