Lone Peak Dental Group’s growth in 2026: 5 moves

Englewood, Colo.-based Lone Peak Dental Group has set itself up for continued growth after completing a $170 million recapitalization and securing a $15 million investment earlier this year. 

Five updates in 2026:

1. Lone Peak Dental Group completed a $170 million recapitalization led by TCW Steel City, a private credit platform.

2. In July, the company added 11 pediatric dental and orthodontics offices in Georgia and South Carolina.

3. Lone Peak Dental Group received a $15 million mezzanine debt investment from o15 Capital Partners, an alternative investment firm, in June.

4. The DSO expanded its footprint in Arizona with the acquisition of a pediatric office.

5. Mandy Kehrt Gast was appointed chief development officer in January.
