Oregon DCO acquired by DentaQuest: 4 key notes

DentaQuest, a Boston-based oral health company, acquired Oregon-based Access Dental Plan, a dental care organization, according to Business Insider.

Here are four key notes:

1. Following the deal, Access Dental Plan will become a part of DentaQuest’s Advantage Dental, the largest DCO in Oregon.

2. Advantage Dental has been a member of DentaQuest since 2015.

3. Access Dental manages 10 clinics and an ASC.

4. Access Dental will operate independently under the leadership of Access Dental CEO Kevin Boie.
