3. Tampa, Fla.-based Coast Dental appointed Margaret Russell as its CFO.
4. Sonrava Health tapped Jon Morgan to be its chief revenue operations officer.
5. Chicago-based Howard Brown Health appointed Robin Gay, DMD, as interim president and CEO.
6. Dental benefits administrator Liberty Dental Plans appointed Tom Choate as its next president and CEO.
