1. Each welcome kit contains personal hygiene products and related items, including toothbrushes and toothpaste, hand sanitizer, skin cream, tissues, mouthwash and a personal journal.
2. Henry Schein has provided welcome kits to Hope Lodge facilities for nine years. Last year, the company donated 3,000 welcome kits.
3. To date, Henry Schein has donated 17,500 welcome kits to patients waiting cancer treatment. Hope Lodge distributes the kits to people staying in 30 facilities throughout the year.
4. The company’s donation is an initiative of Henry Schein Cares, the company’s global corporate social responsibility program.
