Everod Coleman, DMD. Spectrum Health (Grand Rapids, Mich.). Dr. Coleman was recently named chief dental officer of Spectrum Health. He has been the dental director of the company since 2020.
Ghali Ghali, DDS, MD. Louisiana State University Health Shreveport Health Sciences Center. Dr. Ghali received the Distinguished Service Award from the Louisiana Dental Association in April. He is a professor and chair of the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at LSU Health Shreveport Health Sciences Center.
Janet Guthmiller, DDS, PhD. University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry (Lincoln). Dr. Guthmiller was appointed dean of the University of North Carolina Adams School of Dentistry in Chapel Hill in May, a role that will be effective Oct. 15. She currently serves as dean of the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry.
Hassan Ismail, DDS. Aspen Dental (West St. Paul, Minn.). Dr. Ismail is president of the Minnesota Board of Dentistry. He is also an adjunct assistant professor at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
Prabha Krishnan, DDS. Flushing Hospital Medical Center (New York City). Dr. Krishnan is the chief of periodontics at Flushing Hospital Medical Center. She was recently named vice president of the New York State Dental Association.
Nader Nadershahi, DDS. University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry (San Francisco). Dr. Nadershahi is the dean of the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. He was selected to serve on California's Health Workforce Education and Training Council.
Kristine Oladipo, DDS. Main Street Children’s Dentistry and Orthodontics (Glen Burnie, Md.). In May, Dr. Oladipo received the 2021 Richard C. Pugh Achievement Award from the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry for scoring in the top 3 percent in last year's qualifying examinations.
Susan Rowan, DDS. University of Illinois Chicago College of Dentistry. Dr. Rowan is the interim dean of the University of Illinois Chicago College of Dentistry. She previously served as the school's executive associate dean and associate dean for clinical affairs and was a clinical professor in its restorative dentistry department.
Bruce Smoler, DDS. Smoler Smiles (Westland, Mich.). Dr. Smoler recently performed his own implant procedure using the Yomi Robotic Dental System. He is the owner of Smoler Smiles.
J. Don Spillers Jr., DMD. Spillers Orthodontics (Warner Robins and Macon, Ga.). Dr. Spillers is on the Georgia Board of Dentistry. He is the former president of the Georgia Association of Orthodontists and the Central District Dental Society.
