7 Aspen Dental moves to know from August

Here are seven moves to know from Chicago-based Aspen Dental that Becker’s reported in August:

1. Four Corners Property Trust acquired three newly built properties, one of which is an Aspen Dental, for $5.2 million.

2. Private buyers acquired a dual-tenet property that is leased to Aspen Dental and Sleep Number for just over $4 million.

3. Aspen Dental is set to build a practice location in Augusta, Maine.

4. An Aspen Dental office in The Villages, Fla., was forced to temporarily close after a gas leak in the building.

5. The DSO opened its first Nevada office in Las Vegas.

6. Madisonville, Ky., announced a $30 million, 155,000-square-foot development project that will include an Aspen Dental location.

7. Four Corners Property Trust acquired an Aspen Dental and WellNow Urgent Care dual-tenet property for $3.3 million.
