Dallas-based Smile Doctors, an orthodontics-focused DSO, is one of the largest DSOs in the U.S., supporting more than 400 practices.
Here is what the DSO has accomplished so far this year:
1. The dental company added 21 new locations to its network during the first quarter.
2. The DSO completed a capital raise of $550 million to continue its network expansion.
3. Smile Doctors most recently introduced a joint venture partnership model for its partner doctors.
