1. David Crenshaw was appointed chief legal and strategy officer of Delta Dental of Tennessee.
2. Philadelphia-based Penn Dental Medicine named Sean Meehan, DMD, assistant dean and chief dental officer.
3. Tend appointed Troy Bage its next CEO.
4. Benevis added Christopher Toscano as the DSO's first chief of field operations.
