70+ dental leadership moves in 2022

From C-suite appointments to executive retirements, here are more than 70 dental leadership moves that took place in 2022:

  1. Southlake, Texas-based Allied OMS named Jarrod Ermis its new CFO and promoted Brian Hamilton to chief development officer. 
  2. ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers' Chief Clinical Officer and founding partner Mark Adams, DDS, and Director of Clinical Research & Development Steven Eckert, DDS, will retire at the end of 2022.
  3. Sonrava Health promoted Vikram Sarma to the role of chief growth and partnership officer.
  4. Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown appointed M. Frank Beck, DDS, dean of its upcoming dental school.
  5. Dental software company Vyne Dental hired Vijay Malik as chief technology officer and  Vance Taylor as chief growth officer.
  6. Tennli Nelson joined dental artificial intelligence company VideaHealth as its vice president of business development.
  7. George Shepley, DDS, was installed as the 159th president of the American Dental Association.
  8. Linda Edgar, DDS, was voted president-elect of the American Dental Association.
  9. Dental laser company Biolase appointed Russell Morrow, DDS, as its chief dental officer. It also promoted Jennifer Bright to CFO and Steven Sandor to COO.
