1. Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental acquired its first office dedicated to pediatric dental care and orthodontics.
2. Denver-based Lone Peak Dental Group acquired Zoo Crew Pediatric Dentistry, which has four offices in Tennessee.
3. Miami-based United Dental Corporation acquired Gorham and Ammarell Dentistry in Nashville, Tenn.
4. A dentist purchased a medical office building in Shrewsbury, Mass., for $2 million.
5. Danbury, Conn.-based Archway Dental Partners acquired New Britain (Conn.) Dental Arts.
6. Real estate investment company Four Corners Property Trust purchased a Heartland Dental property in Alabama for $2 million.
7. Nashville, Tenn.-based Endodontic Practice Partners acquired Endodontic Specialists in Lansing, Mich.
